1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern all reservations, occupancy, use of accommodations, facilities, amenities, and services provided by El Dorado Beach Resort. By making a reservation, completing online check-in, signing a rental agreement, accessing the property, or occupying any accommodation, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.2. The reservation holder must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. The reservation holder must occupy the accommodation during the stay and remains responsible for all members of their party.4. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: From 16:00 hours. Check-Out: No later than 11:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Late Check-In Fee: Arrivals after 21:00 hours may be subject to a €50 late check-in fee. Late Check-Out Fee: Unauthorized late check-outs may be charged at €50 for each thirty (30) minute period or portion thereof. Failure to vacate the accommodation by the required departure time may result in additional charges and liability for losses caused to subsequent reservations.5. Guest Registration Requirements
All guests aged fourteen (14) years or older must complete the required registration procedures and provide identification documentation as required by Spanish law. Guests may be required to complete online registration through Chekin or another approved platform before access credentials are issued. Failure to complete registration requirements may result in denial of access without refund.6. Occupancy Limits
The number of occupants may not exceed the maximum occupancy specified in the reservation. Only registered and approved guests may occupy the accommodation. Occupancy limits are established for safety, insurance, licensing, and legal compliance purposes and may not be exceeded under any circumstances.7. Unauthorized Guests and Visitors
Only guests listed on the reservation and properly registered through El Dorado Beach Resort’s registration procedures may enter, occupy, visit, or remain on the property. No unregistered or unauthorized person may enter or remain within an accommodation unit without prior written authorization from management. Any of the following shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement:- Allowing an unregistered person to enter an accommodation.
- Allowing an unauthorized visitor to remain on the property.
- Exceeding the approved occupancy limit.
- Sharing keys, gate remotes, lockbox codes, access codes, or credentials with unauthorized persons.
- Concealing additional occupants or visitors.
- Refusing to identify persons present on the property when requested.
8. Parties, Events, and Gatherings
Parties, celebrations, events, commercial activities, receptions, organized gatherings, and excessive visitor traffic are strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by management. Any conduct that disturbs other guests, neighbors, staff, or the surrounding community shall constitute a violation of these Terms. If management determines that a prohibited gathering or disturbance is occurring or has occurred, the reservation may be terminated immediately without refund.9. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 22:00 hours and 09:00 hours. Guests shall refrain from excessive noise, loud music, shouting, or any activity that may disturb neighboring residents or other guests.10. Security Deposit
For direct reservations, El Dorado Beach Resort may place a pre-authorization hold of €250 on the Guest’s credit card. The pre-authorization is not a charge and will be released in accordance with the policies of the issuing financial institution, provided no damages, violations, unpaid charges, or outstanding obligations exist. The security deposit may be applied toward:- Damage to the accommodation.
- Missing items.
- Excessive cleaning.
- Smoking violations.
- Lost keys or remotes.
- Unauthorized occupancy.
- Unpaid fees or charges.
11. Keys, Remotes, and Access Devices
Guests are responsible for all keys, remotes, and access devices issued during their stay. Lost Key Fee: €150 per key. Lost Gate Remote Fee: €150 per remote. Replacement costs may exceed these amounts if rekeying, security upgrades, or emergency services become necessary.12. Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all accommodation units. Evidence of smoking, vaping, or similar activity inside an accommodation unit may result in a minimum cleaning and remediation fee of €250. Additional charges may be assessed for damages, odors, cleaning, lost revenue, or remediation exceeding this amount.13. Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property without prior written authorization from management. Unauthorized animals may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.14. Pool Access
Pool access is not included with every accommodation. Pool access is limited to accommodations specifically designated as Units 4, 5, and 6 or as otherwise authorized by management. Guests staying in accommodations without pool privileges may not use the pool facilities unless access has been separately purchased and approved. Management reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close pool access for maintenance, weather, safety concerns, operational requirements, or legal compliance.15. Resort Package
Subject to availability, guests may purchase the El Dorado Beach Resort Package. The Resort Package currently includes:- Pool access where applicable.
- Reserved parking.
- Reserved pool loungers.
- One (1) hour of tennis or paddle court rental.
16. Parking
Reserved parking is available subject to availability. Parking is provided at the guest’s own risk. El Dorado Beach Resort shall not be responsible for theft, vandalism, accidents, weather-related damage, or loss of personal property occurring within parking areas.17. CCTV and Security Monitoring
For safety and security purposes, exterior areas of the property are monitored by video surveillance systems. Cameras may cover entrances, gates, parking areas, exterior common areas, and grounds. No surveillance cameras are installed inside guest accommodations.18. Liability
Guests accept responsibility for their own actions and those of all persons included within their reservation. El Dorado Beach Resort shall not be liable for:- Theft.
- Loss of personal property.
- Vehicle damage.
- Personal injury resulting from misuse of facilities.
- Temporary interruptions of utilities, internet service, or amenities.
- Events beyond its reasonable control.
