1. Acceptance of Terms<\/h2>\nThese Terms and Conditions govern all reservations, occupancy, use of accommodations, facilities, amenities, and services provided by El Dorado Beach Resort.\n\nBy making a reservation, completing online check-in, signing a rental agreement, accessing the property, or occupying any accommodation, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.\n

2. 3. Minimum Age Requirement<\/h2>\nThe reservation holder must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.\n\nThe reservation holder must occupy the accommodation during the stay and remains responsible for all members of their party.\n

4. Check-In and Check-Out<\/h2>\nCheck-In:<\/strong> From 16:00 hours.\nCheck-Out:<\/strong> No later than 11:00 hours.\n\nEarly check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved in advance.\n\nLate Check-In Fee:<\/strong> Arrivals after 21:00 hours may be subject to a \u20ac50 late check-in fee.\n\nLate Check-Out Fee:<\/strong> Unauthorized late check-outs may be charged at \u20ac50 for each thirty (30) minute period or portion thereof.\n\nFailure to vacate the accommodation by the required departure time may result in additional charges and liability for losses caused to subsequent reservations.\n

5. Guest Registration Requirements<\/h2>\nAll guests aged fourteen (14) years or older must complete the required registration procedures and provide identification documentation as required by Spanish law.\n\nGuests may be required to complete online registration through Chekin or another approved platform before access credentials are issued.\n\nFailure to complete registration requirements may result in denial of access without refund.\n

6. Occupancy Limits<\/h2>\nThe number of occupants may not exceed the maximum occupancy specified in the reservation.\n\nOnly registered and approved guests may occupy the accommodation.\n\nOccupancy limits are established for safety, insurance, licensing, and legal compliance purposes and may not be exceeded under any circumstances.\n

7. Unauthorized Guests and Visitors<\/h2>\nOnly guests listed on the reservation and properly registered through El Dorado Beach Resort’s registration procedures may enter, occupy, visit, or remain on the property.\n\nNo unregistered or unauthorized person may enter or remain within an accommodation unit without prior written authorization from management.\n\nAny of the following shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement:\n

  • Allowing an unregistered person to enter an accommodation.<\/li>\n \t
  • Allowing an unauthorized visitor to remain on the property.<\/li>\n \t
  • Exceeding the approved occupancy limit.<\/li>\n \t
  • Sharing keys, gate remotes, lockbox codes, access codes, or credentials with unauthorized persons.<\/li>\n \t
  • Concealing additional occupants or visitors.<\/li>\n \t
  • Refusing to identify persons present on the property when requested.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nViolation of this section shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without notice and without refund.\n\nManagement may immediately remove all occupants from the property, cancel the remainder of the reservation, retain all amounts previously paid, and assess additional fees, damages, and costs arising from the violation.\n

    8. Parties, Events, and Gatherings<\/h2>\nParties, celebrations, events, commercial activities, receptions, organized gatherings, and excessive visitor traffic are strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by management.\n\nAny conduct that disturbs other guests, neighbors, staff, or the surrounding community shall constitute a violation of these Terms.\n\nIf management determines that a prohibited gathering or disturbance is occurring or has occurred, the reservation may be terminated immediately without refund.\n

    9. Quiet Hours<\/h2>\nQuiet hours are strictly enforced between 22:00 hours and 09:00 hours.\n\nGuests shall refrain from excessive noise, loud music, shouting, or any activity that may disturb neighboring residents or other guests.\n

    10. Security Deposit<\/h2>\nFor direct reservations, El Dorado Beach Resort may place a pre-authorization hold of \u20ac250 on the Guest’s credit card.\n\nThe pre-authorization is not a charge and will be released in accordance with the policies of the issuing financial institution, provided no damages, violations, unpaid charges, or outstanding obligations exist.\n\nThe security deposit may be applied toward:\n
